After building industrial silos for almost 10 years, I started Mondo Building and
Excavating in 1984. My wife and I were the only employees then. Since that time, the company has steadily grown in size and
has become a leader in design/build construction projects in the area.
Our speciality is creating value for our
customers by designing and erecting quality buildings that make sense for the customer's business model. With the ability
to work with the customer to identify what is the best site and type of construction for their needs, we have the capability
to take the project from the design stage through site work to building completion.
I believe that we have collected
the best construction team in the area with many long-time employees that have grown with the company to become top notch
professionals. From our project coordinators to our experienced tradesmen, we have the desire to cover all the details to
complete projects on time and budget. Even our design/cad engineer has over 13 years of construction experience in the field
in addition to his degree.
We also have real estate sites available for commercial, industrial, and residential
development. We own all the heavy equipment needed for your construction project and if our cranes can't reach the rooftop
HVAC unit on your new building, our turbine helicopter can!
